Problem: Not getting any emails

In most cases, assuming the connection is working properly, this is a simple error to solve. This is often happening for Outlook users on a Mac. The best way to solve it is by completely closing Outlook (right clicking on the bottom icon and clicking quit) and then restarting it. After restart just click Send and Recieve and you should good to go.
Problem: Removing stuck email messages in outbox

Getting emails stuck in the outbox folder is common. One way to handle that is by moving these emails to the drafts folder. Once these emails are in drafts you can choose to either send (once you have a relaiable connection) or delete.
Problem: Outlook is too slow

If your Microsoft Outlook is too slow, you can try one of the following to improve it:
1. Run Outlook in "Safe Mode"
2. Stop an Antivirus software that scans your emails. (Beware of the risk you'll be taking in this case).
